POM 60-Day Risk-Free Trial - Period Underwear
Having a good experience with POM is important to us. That’s why we offer a 60-day trial period for new customers who try POM period underwear.
We’ve made it 60 days, so you have heaps of time to decide, but also because we’d like you to try POM period underwear for 2 periods. Wearing POM period underwear during your period for the first time can feel different, especially after using tampons. Sometimes it’s not that POM is wrong for you, it’s just very different.
But if you’ve decided POM period underwear is not for you, that’s not a problem. Just return to us following the details below.
If you just purchased one pair of POM period underwear, you get to keep it. Just let us know within 60 days of purchase that it's not for you, and we'll give you a refund for the product (not the shipping)
However, if you purchased multiple single items, you can trial one of them (your choice of which one) then, within 60 days if you decide they are not for you, you can send back the other unopened products (we will pay for this return shipping) and get a refund for all products bought, excluding the original shipping costs. You can keep the one you've trialled, who knows, maybe it'll still come in handy.
60-day risk-free trial and period underwear bundle pack purchase
If you purchase a bundle pack as a first-time customer, only 1 used product will be eligible for a refund. All other items must comply with our faulty/not fit-for-purpose returns policy to be eligible for a refund.
However, you could give them to a friend or sister; they might love POM. But if you can’t think of anyone you can give them to, you can return them to us, and we will add them to our donation programme.
How to return your POM
Check that:
- This is the first time you have purchased from POM.
- It has been less than 60 days since you ordered the product.
- Print a copy of your order receipt and include it in your return bag with your POM product.
Then put your POM and a copy of your order receipt in a postbag and return them to us at:

Menstrual Cup Return Policy
In terms of POM menstrual cups, we are unable to give you a refund if the bag they come in has been unsealed, as they were sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes. However, if you have just opened the box (carefully) and looked at the cup, keeping it in the sealed bag and then changed your mind, that is A-OKAY. Just return the unwanted cups to the relevant warehouse within 30 days of receiving the product/s.

When you’re sending products back because you’ve changed your mind, you will be responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the products are returned to us undamaged. We will process the refund (just product, not shipping) once the cup/s is received by the warehouse.

In order to receive a refund, exchange or credit for your return, you will need to pay for the eligible items to be returned to our warehouse at your own expense.
Faulty Products
If you find your product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description of your order (it may be a different product, colour or size), you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange. Remember to just check your delivery against your order receipt, because the order receipt is exactly what you ordered.
- Within 30 days of purchase of the product, you may claim a refund.
- After the 30-day period, but within six months of purchase, you can claim a replacement. Where replacement is not possible, or the replacement does not resolve the fault, you are entitled to a refund.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact our Customer Experience team at hello@mypomstore.com so we can assess, investigate, and resolve this issue for you. Please provide them with the following information:
- Your order receipt number.
- The POM product name of the affected item(s).
- A photo of the fault/s OR a description as to how the product is not fit for purpose or does not match the description.
Our Customer Experience team may require you to send back your products for inspection, and POM will bear the costs of the return if we agree to the return. Please do not post any faulty items back to us before our Customer Experience team advises you to do so. Our Customer Experience team will give you the details of our Freepost to make it easy for you to return the products. They’ll also work with you for a refund or an exchange.
Other Product Returns – Change of Mind?
No problem. If you simply change your mind and don’t want the POM you ordered, you can return them to us for a refund or credit. But they must be in a new and unused condition and must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your product.
After 14 days, these products cannot be returned or refunded, except if they are not of satisfactory quality, as per our Faulty Product section.

We recommend that you use a tracked postal service and retain evidence of posting as POM can’t be held responsible for any lost or missing parcels. If we don’t receive your return, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or credit.

Cooling Off Period
Of course, these returns policy above is additional to and does not limit your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you always have the right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the product.
